NIF Group, Inc. addresses the diverse needs of municipalities, special districts including but not limited to water, sewer and housing authorities and property for school districts.

Our program is for small to mid-sized as well as large municipalities or special districts that insure risks on either a first dollar basis or excess of an SIR. Property insurance is available on a deductible basis with deductibles ranging from $1,000 to $100,000. Liability deductibles are offered from $1,000 to $25,000, and SIRS start at $25,000. Lines offered include, general liability, automobile, property, crime, umbrella, public officials, and law enforcement.

The program is available in New York, New Jersey, Pennsylvania and New Mexico. Special Districts only are available in, Connecticut, Tennessee and Arizona. It is underwritten on an admitted basis with an A- IX(by AM Best) insurer.

We accept an ACORD application if no appropriate application appears below. In addition to the application, we need a copy of the current budget, property, auto, inland marine and vehicle schedule and 5 years of hard copy loss runs to provide a quote.
